Charles Gus's nephew was in a triathlon today....it was very sunny and windy just what they needed, he started in the pool at 11.30....then a bike ride then the run. this was his first time and he did very well. altho he did get a puncture and fell off the bike.
Ouch, looks painful, but fun though xxxx
