    Well done on the cigs... I packed up in 2003...put on weight too but eventually lost it without really trying....just tried not to eat the tempting biccies with the coffee instead of having the cig!!

    Congrats on nearly 1 year without the fags! I stopped in 2003....put on weight but eventually my metabolism settled down...lost it without really trying...just tried not to eat the biccies with the cuppa as a replacement for the cigs!...Keep it going.... trust me it's worth it in the end... xx
